Wellington lawyer Joanna Holden has been appointed an Employment Court Judge. She will be sworn in on 8 September 2017 in Wellington.
Ms Holden is team manager of a public law team at the Crown Law Office and works in the areas of employment law, health and safety law, public law and judicial review. She joined Crown Law in 2004.
She was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in February 1985. She has worked at Kensington Swan and then Chapman Tripp, and specialised in employment law and general civil litigation.
