The Office of the Ombudsman has created a dedicated website page to bring together the resources it is developing for agencies to deal with Official Information Act 1982 and Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 requests.

The Resources for agencies page includes template letters developed by the Ombudsman for dealing with requests and step-by-step worksheets to assist with processing requests.

The Office says it will continue to develop more resources and these will be added as ready.
