Anderson Lloyd has announced two appointments in its corporate and commercial team.

Derek Roth-Biester. 

Derek Roth-Biester has been appointed a corporate and commercial partner.

Derek has significant experience advising on domestic and international corporate transactions, with particular expertise in private equity and venture capital.  

He also has extensive international experience in commercial matters, with deep sectoral focus in technology, intangible assets and blockchain.

Megan Pearce. 

Megan Pearce has joined the firm as a senior associate.

She has experience in advising on corporate and commercial matters, and has specialist expertise in commercial contracting with an ICT focus, fund raising for early stage companies as well as advising on technology and telecommunication transactions.
