Andrew Skinner has been promoted to the partnership with Stewart Germann, effective from 1 May.

Andrew was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in September 2000.

He has over 15 years of experience in corporate and commercial work advising clients on franchising, business sale and purchase, commercial contracts, leasing and health and safety.

Andrew has previously worked for large national and international law firms.
