Invercargill based Estates, Trusts and Private Client specialist Shauna Nicol has been appointed as Partner at AWS Legal.

Shauna has practised in Invercargill since she was admitted to the bar in 2009 and joined AWS legal in 2017. With a keen interest in Trusts she has recently presented locally in respect of the changes looming with the Trusts Act 2019 coming into force.

Shauna has a varied background having also spent many years as a family law specialist. That experience is invaluable when completing complex estate planning incorporating relationship property issues and when dealing with Estate litigation.
