Chapman Tripp has announced the promotion of three new senior solicitors.

Stephanie Gray. 

Stephanie Gray is a member of the Corporate team in Auckland.

Stephanie advises on a broad range of contract and commercial law matters with a focus on privacy, intellectual property and regulatory work.  

Her experience includes advising clients across a range of industries on their general contractual arrangements including licensing and compliance with privacy laws.

Tom Jemson. 

Tom Jemson is a member of the Wellington Corporate team.

Tom specialises in corporate and commercial transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A, private equity and securities law.

He has experience advising New Zealand and offshore clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

Kate Rouch. 

Kate Rouch is a member of the Wellington Litigation team.

Kate provides advice to government and commercial clients on multiple types of litigation claims including natural disaster insurance, contractual disputes, debt recovery and professional liability insurance.
