Sophia Gunn has commenced work with Chapman Tripp as chief operating officer.

In her role she will lead the firm's senior leadership team, working with the managing partners to develop and implement national strategy.

She is responsible for the finance, technology, infrastructure, people and culture, business development and administrative functions for Chapman Tripp nationally.

Before joining Chapman Tripp Sophia was Chief Operating Officer at Deloitte for 18 years and before that, with Courier Post as their Commercial Manager.
