Bronwen joined the firm in 2010 and leads the employment and HR advisory practice.

She provides advice on all aspects of employment law and HR advisory services, including leadership development, contentious and non-contentious employment matters, strategic restructuring, personal grievances, negotiated exits and improving staff performance.
