Dentons Kensington Swan adds corporate and commercial lawyer to its partnership

Dentons Kensington Swan adds corporate, commercial and energy expert Gerard Dale as its newest Partner.

Gerard is Dentons Kensington Swan’s most recent addition to the Corporate and Commercial team.

Gerard Dale joins Dentons Kensington Swan in Auckland with more than two decades of experience in the corporate and commercial, project, mining and resources, financial services, and healthcare sectors. Over the last 12 years, he has helped domestic and international organisations and investors undertake complex transactions and navigate inter-jurisdictional challenges in New Zealand. He is considered a leading business and corporate lawyer and mergers and acquisitions adviser.
