Penny advise clients on all aspects of commercial contracts, consumer protection and advertising law, business acquisitions, corporate structuring, franchising and licensing arrangements. She has worked with New Zealand, Australian and multinational clients in the technology, manufacturing, professional services, cosmetic and retail industries.
