Their move is due to a merger between the trade marks department of Ellis Terry with Catalyst Intellectual Property from 1 June 2023. Emily and Rachael, and experienced paralegals Rebekah Purdue and Melissa Mahon, will continue to be located in Auckland. Highly regarded practitioners Emily and Rachael each bring with them over 20 years of experience in trade mark law and practice. Catalyst Intellectual Property directors Greg Lynch, Garth Hendry and John Mansell are delighted to welcome Emily as a Director and Rachael as Special Counsel. The merger cements the firm as one of New Zealand’s leading intellectual property service providers.
