Greenwood Roche has announced a number of appointments and promotions.

Hadleigh Yonge.

Hadleigh Yonge has joined the partnership from 1 April.

Hadleigh is an experienced commercial property lawyer who specialises in infrastructure development.

He acts for a number of government, local authority and large commercial sector clients, particularly in respect of electricity, water and wastewater networks. Hadleigh is based in the Auckland office.

Beth McAuley.

Beth McAuley has been appointed senior associate.

She undertakes a variety of commercial work and specialises in commercial property and financing, with a particular focus on acquisition, financing and development.

Beth is experienced in large scale subdivisions, unit title developments, complex acquisitions and disposals, project funding and leasing issues and has been involved in a number of large scale residential and commercial developments.

Sam Hutchings.

Sam Hutchings has been appointed senior associate.

He is based in Auckland as part of the resource management team and has developed a diverse range of experience in resource management, litigation, due diligence, district plan reviews and project consenting strategy.

Sam joined Greenwood Roche in 2018 after returning from the United Kingdom, where he worked for a large international law firm as part of the Energy and Infrastructure team.

Rob Harris.

Rob Harris has been promoted to senior associate.

Rob is a construction projects specialist who assists a range of clients throughout the life-cycle of their projects.

Rob joined Greenwood Roche in 2017 from the construction litigation team of another leading New Zealand firm and has extensive experience in project procurement, advisory and risk management.

Letitia Stenberg.

Letitia Stenberg has been promoted to senior associate.

She acts for a number of government and large commercial sector clients, and undertakes a range of commercial property, commercial, public works and infrastructure work.

Letitia acted for developers of diesel development projects and solar farms proposing to construct standby electricity generation sites in the United Kingdom.
