Kimberly acts in relation to all aspects of complex trust and estate matters, including providing strategic advice to executors and trustees, advising trust beneficiaries, and advising estate beneficiaries and prospective claimants.  She appears in court regularly. Kimberly frequently presents for NZLS CLE and is also a contributing author to the 8th edition of Garrow & Kelly Law of Trusts and Trustees.
