Perpetual Guardian has appointed Henry Stokes as General Counsel.

Henry brings a wealth of trustee services experience from in-house and private practice roles, most recently serving as General Counsel for state-owned company Public Trust.

In addition to Henry’s core duties as General Counsel, much of his focus in the first year on the job will relate to the new Trusts Act 2019, which will come into effect on 30 January 2021.
