Juno Legal adds two senior in-house lawyers

NewLaw firm Juno Legal has added Saul Derber and Jacki Houtwipper to the team.

Saul Derber

Saul is a senior in-house lawyer with experience across highly regulated industries in commercial, regulatory, litigation and privacy practice. He started his career in commercial litigation with Pinsent Masons in the UK before moving into in-house legal roles in Australia and New Zealand, including as General Counsel at BAT Australia and New Zealand, and General Counsel Regulatory at Waka Kotahi. Saul holds an LLB and BSc (Hons) from King’s College London and BPP Law School, and is based in Auckland. As a Juno Lawyer, Saul is supporting Fulton Hogan.

Jacki Houtwipper

Jacki is a senior in-house lawyer with broad legal and business expertise. Her areas of legal practice include commercial, technology/ICT, risk and compliance, and governance. Jacki started her career with Simpson Grierson and moved into in-house roles including as General Counsel of A2 Milk and General Counsel of NextWindow. Her business roles include as Head of Business Performance for Westpac New Zealand, and she has personally founded several businesses. Jacki has an LLB (Hons) and a BA from the University of Auckland. As a Juno Lawyer, Jacki is based in Lake Tekapo and remotely supporting Reserve Bank of New Zealand.
