Ken Anderson

After a hiatus post many years of involvement with employment law in various forms, Ken Anderson has returned to practise. Ken is an expereinced barrister, mediator and adjudicator. Ken is also a Member of the Employment Tribunal, an inaugural member of the Mediation Service and a Member of the Employment Relations Authority. Special areas of expertise are neutral workplace investigations, mediation and effective dispute prevention and resolution.
