AMP Financial Services has announced two appointments in its legal team.

Tim Pritchard has been appointed General Counsel. He has more than 25 years’ legal experience, particularly within financial services. Tim started his career as a litigation solicitor with Baker & McKenzie in London before moving to New Zealand. Before joining AMP as Head of Legal in 2011, Tim held relevant roles with The National Bank of New Zealand and ANZ.

Jacqui Anderson has been appointed Head of Legal. Jacqui has 20 years’ legal experience in financial services, corporate and commercial law, in New Zealand and the UK. She joined AMP as a senior legal adviser in 2014. She has a BCom and a LLB(Hons) from the University of Auckland.
