Auckland firm Heimsath Alexander has appointed Lloyd Berryman to the partnership.
With 16 years’ experience as a commercial lawyer, Lloyd joined the firm in 2017 from a senior in-house role with a national transport provider and is responsible for managing the firm’s property and infrastructure practices.
He advises across all aspects of property and commercial law, including structuring, acquisition, sale, development and construction, leasing, Public Works Act, together with general commercial and advice and advocacy on commercial and property dispute resolution.
