Grania Clark has joined Lowndes as Principal in the Commercial Property team.

Grania works with commercial property clients and public bodies advising on subdivisions, land development, commercial and residential property transactional agreements, commercial leasing, acquisitions and infrastructure agreements.  She also gives advice under the Public Works Act, Building Act, Overseas Investment Act, Unit Titles Act and the Resource Management Act.
