Megan has set up a boutique employment law and HR specialists firm called FairPlay Legal Limited.

After studying at AUT, Megan was admitted in 1995.

She has worked previously as a partner at Govett Quilliam in New Plymouth and a Senior Associate with RMY Legal.

FairPlay Legal specialises in employment law and also offers mediation services.
