Jovana, known for her legal acumen and proactive approach, has been instrumental in advising clients on competition law issues.  

Steven has distinguished himself through his work on some of the Tax team’s most complex projects and transactions.  

The firm has also promoted two lawyers to senior solicitor level, Tamara Payne (Banking and Financial Services, Auckland) and Alice Logan (Construction and Infrastructure, Auckland). 

The mid-year promotions took effect on 1 July 2024.
