Southland law firm AWS Legal has announced the appointment of Doreen Evans as a partner.

Ms Evans specialises in solution-driven outcomes in corporate and commercial law (acquisitions, mergers, restructures, start-ups), property, franchising, insolvency and business recovery, trust and asset protection, trademarks, and personal client services.

The firm has also announced the employment of Heather Glozier as a law clerk. Ms Glozier has over 30 years experience in her role.
