Doris Tu – promoted to Senior Associate
Doris Tu was admitted to the Bar in 2005. She joined Parry Field in 2012 and has experience across a wide range of sectors including lease contracts, residential development, conveyancing, commercial and asset protection. Doris specialises in dealing with overseas and migrant investors. She is also a fluent Mandarin speaker.

Alex Summerlee – promoted to Senior Associate
Alex, recently returned from a year of study leave at the University of Oxford, specialises in civil litigation and dispute resolution. Alex’s practice includes insurance, construction, insolvency, commercial leases, trusts & estates, and child custody. He has experience in all levels of the New Zealand courts, together with arbitrations and a variety of tribunals. Alex also serves as Vice Chancellor of the Anglican Diocese of Christchurch.

Viv Zhang – promoted to Senior Associate
Viv Zhang holds a Bachelor of Law in China and a Master of Law in NZ and was admitted to the Bar in 2014. She joined Parry Field in 2010 and specialises in Immigration Law, OIO consents and commercial transaction.
