Polly Ralph to lead PwC Legal's privacy law practice
Polly Ralph returns from the UK to lead PwC Legal’s privacy law practice.

Polly has specialised exclusively in data privacy matters for over 17 years. She advises clients on the full range of data privacy issues including cyber/privacy breach response, GDPR/Privacy Act readiness, e-privacy/marketing, outsourcing, and data issues in the context of M&A/business reorganisation.
Polly started her privacy career in New Zealand at the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. She then moved to the UK where she was in-house privacy counsel at the BBC and at Domestic & General Insurance. Polly joined PwC UK for six years and led the privacy law practice, based in London.
Polly is a Fellow of Information Privacy, and holds the International Association of Privacy Professionals’ CIPP/E and CIPPM certifications. She sits on a working group for the Privacy Foundation New Zealand. She is a regular speaker at data privacy events and conferences.
