McCaw Lewis has announced three promotions.

Jonathan Aquilina. 

Jonathan Aquilina has been promoted to senior associate.

He is a member of the Commercial team and specialises in business sales and purchases, commercial leasing and construction and engineering projects.

Jonathan was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2005 and practised for several years in the UK and internationally.  Jonathan joined McCaw Lewis in 2014.

Laura Monahan. 

Laura Monahan has been promoted to senior associate.

Laura is also a member of the Commercial team and specialises in company and commercial law, advising on corporate structure and governance issues, commercial contracts, capital raisings and securities law.  

She has been practising law since 2006 and before joining McCaw Lewis in 2012 worked in a large Auckland law firm and as in-house legal counsel for a healthcare company in London.

Ashlea Murphy. 

Ashlea Murphy has been promoted to associate.

She is a member of the Asset Planning team and specialises in estates, trusts, relationship property and general asset protection matters.

Ashlea has been practising law since 2008 and before joining McCaw Lewis in 2014 worked as an in-house lawyer both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
