Rachel Plieger

Rachel is a dual NZ/UK-qualified lawyer with over 25 years’ experience, has joined the Juno Legal team and is based in Oamaru. Rachel's expertise is in banking and finance, and commercial law, and she brings significant experience in risk and governance, climate and ESG.

Rachel previously worked with Natwest Markets (formerly RBS) in London in various roles, including Senior Legal Counsel, COO and Head of NVM Business Governance, and Acting Head of Legal. She began her career at Phillips Fox in Wellington before moving on to Linklaters LLP, London as a Senior Associate. Rachel is supporting FNZ Group as a Juno lawyer. She holds an LLB from the University of Otago. 

Jacqui Anderson

Jacqui is based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, joins Juno with over 20 years' experience. Her areas of expertise encompass general corporate and commercial law, projects, mergers & acquisitions, privacy and data protection, consumer law, financial services law and regulation, and governance.

Jacqui has served as Head of Legal and Senior Legal Adviser at AMP Wealth Management NZ as well as senior legal roles at Tower New Zealand Limited, JB Were (NZ) Pty Ltd, and Russell McVeagh. She began her career at Bell Gully before pursuing a role at SJ Berwin (London). As a Juno Lawyer, Jacqui is supporting Todd Corporation. She holds an LLB (Hons) and BCom from the University of Auckland.
