MinterEllisonRuddWatts has announced the election of partner Sarah Sinclair as its board chair, effective from 1 January 2019.

Ms Sinclair joined the firm in 2010 and takes on the role of Chair in addition to her existing practice specialising in construction and infrastructure projects for both public and private sector clients.
Admitted as a barrister and solicitor in 1991 after graduating with LLB(Hons) and BCom degrees from the University of Auckland, Ms Sinclair has been on the Board of Infrastructure New Zealand since 2012 and is an officer of the International Construction Projects Committee of the International Bar Association.
