Scott Gazley has joined Lane Neave's Litigation team as a Senior Associate, based in the Auckland office.

Scott brings extensive experience in civil and commercial disputes. He returns to New Zealand having spent time in London as an Associate; first, at a US law firm involved in a group litigation against a worldwide anti-competitive cartel, and then at a global law firm where he specialised in energy and infrastructure disputes.

Scott provides advice to clients in a wide range of sectors and industries, advising on commercial disputes in areas including contracts, property, company and insurance law, both before the Courts and through alternative dispute resolution.
