New Zealand Rugby has appointed Wellington employment lawyer Steph Dyhrberg as the independent manager of its new online and 0800 Complaints Management Service.

Ms Dyhrberg is a partner at Dyhrberg Drayton Employment Law. She was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in December 1991. Over her career she has worked at Russell McVeagh, as a Crown Counsel in the Crown Law Employment and Education team, as an employment lawyer for human resources company Right Management Consultants, and as a sole practitioner.

She is a member of the Council of the Wellington branch of the New Zealand Law Society and a member of the Wellington Women Lawyers' Association, and is on the Board of Mary Potter Hospice.
