Toby joins after three and a half years as manager of international law at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Prior to that he spent more than a decade as a barrister in London.

Toby has a cross-jurisdictional practice specialising in all aspects of public and international law. He is also a tenant at Matrix Chambers in London.
