Wayne Pearson has been made a consultant. Wayne is a member of the firm's commercial team and specialises in the development and implementation of customised trust, estate and wealth planning solutions.
Stephanie Lau has become a senior associate. Stephanie is a member of the land development and property team and has over seven years' experience practising law. Her areas of practice include commercial and residential property transactions, sale and purchase of businesses, commercial leases, trusts, opinion writing and assisting with unit title matters.
Nicole Warner has become an associate. She is a commercial property lawyer and focuses on commercial acquisitions/disposals and leases, and has experience in the sale and purchase of SMEs, joint ventures, supply contracts, franchise agreements, and corporate governance matters.
Christina Lee has become an associate. Christina has practised law since 2004, with a focus on family law. She represents clients in all family law disputes arising from separation and endeavours to assist her clients through alternative dispute resolution processes such as Collaborative Law and mediation.
