Tina Mitchell has been appointed Deputy Banking Ombudsman – Prevention for the Banking Ombudsman Scheme.
Tina was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in 1995 and has worked in a range of resolution and leadership contexts over the last 20 years, including private practice, regulatory services, policy and advisory roles.
Her role at Deputy Ombudsman is to capture prevention insights from customer trends and sector developments, and share those to encourage best practice by banks and informed decisions by customers.
