Warren Moffat has joined Solomons as a Partner leading the firm’s Commercial team.

Warren specialises in all aspects of commercial and property law (commercial, residential, industrial and agricultural) including sales, purchases, developments, leases, structuring, subdivisions and financing as well as tax, asset protection, trust and estate advice. Before joining Solomons, Warren was a partner at another Dunedin firm. Warren is a director on the board of the Otago Rugby Football Union, as well as a Trustee on the boards of the Arai Te Uru Kokiri Charitable Trust, the Pukekura Trust and the Otago Peninsula Trust.

Georgia Stumbles has joined Solomons as a Senior Solicitor.

Georgia works in the commercial team dealing with property transactions (residential and commercial), business transactions, commercial leasing, and asset and estate planning (including trust formations, wills, powers of attorney). She graduated from the University of Otago in 2016 with an LLB and BCom (majoring in accounting) and was admitted in 2017.
