Two new solicitors for Denham Bramwell
Denham Bramwell has announced the appointment of Bella Bycroft and Pahul Kaur.
Bella Bycroft works closely with Brooke Glasgow in the family team at Denham Bramwell’s Albany office. Bella joined the Family Law team after a rewarding journey in civil litigation, which began with volunteering at Youth Law Aotearoa.
With experience as a junior for King’s Counsel in complex relationship property matters and attending High Court hearings, Bella provides a comprehensive approach to family law. A career highlight includes working on a civil defamation jury trial, which honed Bella's ability to navigate diverse legal challenges.
Bella transitioned into family law with the goal of giving back to the community and supporting individuals — especially children — during some of the hardest times of their lives.
Pahul Kaur works alongside Anna Fuiava in Denham Bramwell’s civil litigation team, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous role at a Hamilton law firm. She regularly represents clients in court and provides comprehensive legal advice across a range of disputes. In addition to her civil litigation expertise, Pahul has practised in family law.
Fluent in Punjabi and Hindi, Pahul enjoys supporting clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring her professional approach makes legal processes more accessible.
Pahul holds a law degree from Melbourne, Australia, and is dual-qualified under the Trans-Tasman Agreement, allowing her to practise in both Australia and New Zealand.
