Pitt & Moore has appointed two new partners from 1 April.

Clare North. 

Clare North obtained an LLB(Hons) from the University of Liverpool in 2007 and was admitted in New Zealand in June 2011.

She specialises in property and commercial law including property development, commercial leasing, commercial contracts, financing, residential, rural and commercial land transactions.

Clare also provides succession and trust advice to families, individuals and businesses.

Nick Mason. 

Nick Mason specialises in employment and immigration law. He works with employers and employees across a variety of sectors, including hospitality, horticulture, viticulture, transport, manufacturing and fisheries.

Nick has BA and LLB degrees from Victoria University of Wellington and was admitted in July 2007.

Nick regularly assists individuals and their families with their immigration requirements as well as advising international and major New Zealand corporations.
