Auckland firm Gaze Burt has announced two senior promotions.

Simon Greening has joined the Gaze Burt partnership from 1 March.  Simon leads the Gaze Burt employment team, acting for both employees and employers on a wide range of employment matters. Simon has represented clients at investigation meetings, disciplinary meetings, mediations with MBIE, hearings in the Employment Relations Authority, and matters on appeal to the Employment Court. 

Simon will also be leading Gaze Burt’s recently opened Manukau branch at Level 3, Parkview Towers, Davies Ave.

Rebecca Kroeze has been promoted to senior associate (family law). Rebecca is responsible for Gaze Burt’s family law practice and is an experienced family lawyer. Rebecca is actively involved with Collaborative Advocacy, a specialist alternative dispute resolution service. She is also a member of the Family Law Section, and volunteers at the North Shore Women’s Centre, providing advice to women who might not always have the resources to obtain the legal advice they need.
