Oscar, a specialist in insolvency and property litigation, will now lead the firm’s dispute resolution team. He brings extensive experience in debt litigation, commercial law, property, and trusts and estates. Oscar has advised a wide range of clients, including insolvency practitioners, financial services providers, commercial property owners, and building products suppliers. 

After receiving his law degree from the University of Canterbury, Oscar was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand in 2013. Prior to joining Urlich Milne in January 2022, he worked at various law firms in Napier, Auckland, and the UK.
