Valerie Bland has incorporated Extra Law Ltd as an Alternative Legal Services Provider (ALSP) in Wellington.

Extra Law offers legal services to predominately government organisations by providing an extra law team member to sit with in-house teams and cover a personnel shortage for a fixed term.

Valerie was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in 1994 after graduating LLB(Hons) from the University of Waikato. She worked in private practice for 15 years as a commercial property/commercial lawyer and joined the Ministry of Education in March 2012.
