WRMK Lawyers announces five new promotions

WRMK Lawyers promotes Courtney Clarke and Cheyenne Lovell to Associates, and Pablo Hamber, Lina Khan (aka Israt Jarin Khan) and Dilshaan Mohanaraj to Senior Lawyers effective from 1 April 2023.

Courtney Clarke, Private Client & Trusts (Warkworth)

Courtney joined WRMK in 2019, following a move to Matakana from Auckland. She is a key member of our Warkworth team and has a broad range of experience in trusts, estates, life planning, property and business matters.

Cheyenne Lovell (nee Kumar), Property (Whangarei)

Cheyenne is a key member of our Property, and Relationship Property Teams. She specialises in property and relationship property matters, including complex property transactions, residential conveyancing, property disputes, contracting out agreements and separations.

Pablo Hamber, Dispute Resolution (Whangarei)

Pablo is an experienced litigator, joining WRMK after leaving the New Zealand Defence Force where he advised on a range of issues including litigation, investigations, international and public law. In private practice, he specialises in civil litigation matters.

Lina Khan (aka Israt Jarin Khan), Rural & Property (Dargaville)

Lina is a key member of our Dargaville team, and advises on a range of rural, property, trusts, asset planning and commercial law matters. Before entering private practice, she has previously worked in the public sector.

Dilshaan Mohanaraj, Business (Whangarei)

Dilshaan joined WRMK in 2019 and advises on a range of commercial matters including the sale and purchase of businesses and shares, commercial property transactions, commercial agreements, leasing, financing and corporate governance.
