Wynn Williams has announced two new addition to their Auckland and Christchurch offices.
Penny Birch is a senior associate in the national Corporate & Commercial Team, based in Auckland.
Penny advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial work, including commercial contracting, mergers and acquisitions, consumer law, franchising and licensing. She works with clients on all aspects of supply chain, including procurement, manufacturing, transport and logistics, distribution, retail and marketing and advertising to the end consumer.
Tegan Wadworth is a law clerk in the national Resource Management and Environmental Law Team based in Christchurch, having joined the firm in November 2019. Tegan previously worked for a regional council and has particular experience with resource consents.
Tegan has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science, with a major in psychology and minor in environmental management.
