The Ministry of Justice is running a short online survey of legal aid providers to better understand how they submit their invoices.
The four-question survey seeks feedback on the type of computer used, how invoices are completed, how they are submitted, and whether lawyers find the current invoice forms easy to use.
The ministry has been reviewing the forms it uses for the legal aid process and the survey is the next step in this. It opened on 17 January and closes on 1 February.
