“On the move” announcements are news of recent appointments, promotions and retirements on our website. These announcements are free and included in our "On the move" area of the News Section of our website (called "People in the Law") and linked to from LawPoints, a weekly roundup email sent to all lawyers.

The content deadline is Tuesday at 2pm, for publication Thursday, weekly.

Please draft details of the announcement, relevant information about the person’s (or persons’) background and career. The Law Society reserves the right to edit the article or decline the article for any reason. Hi Res photos, such as a headshot, are welcomed (no logos, links or contact details are permitted).

Note: prior to including any announcement on our website, the Law Society must check with Registry for comments. Any article will be first uploaded onto our website, before inclusion in LawPoints.
