About the role:

We are looking for a lawyer with up to 3 years' PQE. Experience in Property (whether residential or commercial) and/or general commercial law is preferred but not essential.

This particular role has a commercial property focus, including developments, financing, sale and purchases, and leasing. Outside of that, the role will also include general commercial work including company law, business sale and purchases, and general commercial matters.  The work is interesting and challenging.

Skills and experience required:

  • Up to 3 years of experience
  • Experience in property (commercial or residential) and/or commercial law is preferable
  • Strong academic record
  • Genuine interest in commercial property and general commercial law
  • An inquiring and analytical legal mind
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Good writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
