Raymond Donnelly and Co is the office of the Crown Solicitor for Christchurch and Greymouth, prosecuting serious crime across the region. 

A vacancy has arisen for an experienced intermediate or senior Crown Prosecutor. The role is based in Christchurch.

The role principally requires the conduct of jury trials and other litigation on behalf of the Crown.

We invite applications from lawyers with previous criminal litigation experience and who have experience in the conduct of jury trials.

Terms of employment to be negotiated which will reflect the experience and ability of the successful applicant. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and actively seek to meet our obligations under the Treaty of Waitangi.
