Pollett Legal is the office of the Crown Solicitor in Tauranga. The Crown Solicitor conducts Crown prosecutions in the Eastern and Western Bay of Plenty including Tauranga, Whakatane, Opotiki and Waihi.

Pollett Legal has opportunities available for Crown prosecutors or litigation lawyers to join our team. The team prides themselves on excellence in the conduct of Crown prosecutions and the provision of legal services to the New Zealand Police and other government departments and agencies. We are looking for someone who:

• Preferably has experience in criminal litigation including the conduct of High and/or District Court Jury trials.
• Works to a consistently high standard.
• Is self-motivated and can work independently as well as contribute within our team.
• Is resilient and able to relate well to all people within our diverse community.
• Has excellent time management and organisation skills.

This is a role for a litigation lawyer who has at least 2 years' PQE but preferably more.

Excellent remuneration offered commensurate with experience at all levels.
