Our ideal candidate will have

• 5+ years' PQE in general legal practice – ideally with a property, relationship property, personal, commercial or agri-business bias.
• The ability to forge customer relationships as both a technical expert and a trusted friend.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills to flex and adapt to changing client needs.
• Willingness to support and mentor others in the team.

Above all, we’re looking for someone with a collaborative and team approach, a good sense of humour, a passion for their community, who can make the magic work for our clients.
