About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an intermediate lawyer to move in house. You will join a well-established team and work closely with high performing, senior front and back end construction lawyers who will support you in your development. Together, you will provide practical legal advice and support on all aspects of the business of Fletcher Building including advising on general commercial and construction contracts, tender negotiations, project delivery and construction disputes.
Reporting to the divisional General Counsel, you will have exposure to all construction business units and a wide range of construction projects. As an enthusiastic and collaborative team player you will fit right into a fantastic, collegiate legal team. Working together, you will be part of something worthwhile - making better places for generations to come.
