Led by partners Tim Lindsay and Kim Francis, our Auckland office has been involved in some of the most significant litigation in the market in recent years, representing leading national and international clients including Bunnings, CPB Contracting, Pushpay, Macquarie Bank, the independent directors of CBL Insurance, EnviroWaste, and PBL Solutions, among others. We typically oppose leading full service firms and other specialist disputes practices, and you will work with and against leading KCs and national and international experts.
